Some students are not thoroughly speaking to the audience. Also, they have a stage of fear & could not interact with each other. Students are inherently shy that participation in classroom discussion doesn't come easy for them.

Online learning such students may feel more at ease and open to participate in discussions and course activities. As a result, educators can interact with a wider range of students, getting a different view on course matters. 

This does not only make for deeper, more interesting classes but also helps you to bond with students as you get to know them better and develop each and every one. This is a good time for students to tell them all the problems to tutor and they can also help to improve. Also, the tutor can know the basic skills and advanced skills of students.
